My ring is so beautiful and I know it wasn't an easy job but she was hell bent on getting it perfect and just the way I envisioned it. "My experience working with Linh and Huy was great! I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for an egagement ring or custom jewelry. I bought my fiance's engagement ring here and was helped by Huy while in the store. Huy is an expert on diamonds and how quality affects prices so much so that he was able to explain to me and allowed me to make an informed decision rather than "sell" me a ring within my budget. Linh is the manager and will work with your budget to get the ring you like most even if it is outside your initial budget. She offers flexible payment options and will finance the ring in house if a third party does not approve. The overall customer service was great and even worked with me when I came back to them looking to upgrade! I will definitely work with them again in the future."

"Went in to get my engagement ring sized up, but my wedding band was also tight albeit wearable. Linh offered me a great deal to get both sized properly together and to have the shoddy previous band sizing on my engagement ring properly repaired, as well as having them nicely welded together. My rings have never fit or looked better. She was a lovely person to work with and very thorough in explaining exactly how she would fix and size my rings. They had everything done perfectly in just a few short days at the exact deadline she had quoted me for. Also so their custom jewelry is BEAUTIFUL. Crazy cool stuff I've never seen anywhere."

"We walked into American Blue Diamonds to get my finances ring resized, and we're immediately greeted by the owner and her son. Both of which were very friendly, they stated the process takes about and hour and we can wait in the store or are free to go out shopping and come back. We opted to wait as my fiance was not ready to part with her ring yet. During this time we spoke with Linh and her son about ring designs and got to see some of her sons designs, which were extremely beautiful and creative. Overall the experience was very pleasant, we felt like family. Found a really nice men's band while we were there which is very unique from any men's band I had seen in other stores or online....which we walked out with, but it was a size too large, not too bad, still fits, just a little big. Linh let me hold onto the larger ring to get a feel for it until her next order comes in, then she'll swap mine out for the right size. I was a bit taken back by this, as you'd never see a traditional boutique shop do this.....goes back to the whole family feel. We'll definitely be returning here for future cleanings and maintenance. "I was very hesitant to use American Blue Diamonds after reading the reviews online, but I am so glad I didn't let all of the negative reviews sway my initial judgement! Linh was absolutely fantastic. She communicated with me during the entire custom order process, with almost instantaneous updates when I asked for them. My ring arrived today and it is absolutely stunning! She was also able to negotiate the price of the ring, and I know after shopping around, that Linh gave me a fantastic price. When the ring designer messed up my order, Linh was quick to apologize for their mistake and even sent me a lovely gift from American Blue Diamonds, even though it was not their error. I would highly recommend Linh and American Blue Diamonds. I truly had an exceptional customer service experience with them!"
