"My husband wanted to take family heirlooms pieces somewhere trustworthy to get custom rings made for me. First off, I didn't even know exactly what I wanted, but I did know I needed a wider band on the ring and I like simple designs. Nick impressed me with a quick drawing and basically understood the assignment, including some hand engraving on the band that reflected the swirling design of the old brooch that we brought in. Within a week I was back at the store trying on the moulds and flinging the stones everywhere (not on purpose, I was just too excited). Nick and the store manager Sandra were very personable and easy to work with. Then, I anxiously awaited the call saying the rings were ready. To my delight, the rings fit perfectly and I cannot be more happy with the final outcome. Nick's attention to detail and expertise in craftsmanship really shines and he even accepted a challenge I gave him. It's hard to put into words how much this means to both me and my husband. It had been a long time coming for us and we are so glad we took our business here. Within 3 weeks or so, we had the rings custom made from a paper drawing to real gold, diamonds, and sapphires (oh my!) I'm super thrilled and highly recommended their services."
