"Unfortunately, we have had an unpleasant experience working with this team. It started well and we even referred a friend to them. For as long as things were going well, they were doing okay - collecting rent on time, etc. When things went south, I found that their ability to manage the situation wasn't good. From delays in responses, to not promptly suggesting actions on collections, to not being detailed oriented in their assessment of property (at the end and also unfortunately in the visits they did). Overall, caused us to be more involved than we had planned to be. It is likely more of an experience gap than an intentional misstep as they seemed like good people. We let go of a lot of issues with them, even maintenance issues that they had missed but now after waiting again for days on a breakdown of the money returned to us, I am feeling disappointed in how they have handled things. I wouldn't suggest working with them if you are a first time landlord."
