Then she gave me tips on not only grooming my dogs at home, but, time saving suggestions as well. I wished I lived in Texas so that she could do my dog grooming for me. "Educated me on my dog and now having the knowledge of. Can truly tell she is passionate and real about her career! Truly recommend 5 star well deserved. Just went to get an ear clean and checked out my dog Kane had an ear infection and Debe educated me on what’s going on with him and how to help. Kane felt comfortable with her and he even got a nail trim which he was so calm about. We will definitely keep coming back to her. Can tell she really cares about these animals and helping them out. "My husband and I just adopted a pup from Dede a few days ago. We have been stunned by how great her behavior is but also how physically healthy she is as well. This dog feels like an answered prayer for me and Dede has been absolutely incredible to us. My dog needs to get Spayed and Dede got her an appointment for the next week. If I would have scheduled it, the appointment would have been two months out. She came to my apartment to drop off a shedding brush for Pink and clipped her nails real fast for me. She truly loves her dogs for each of their individual personalities. I feel so thankful that Pink had an owner like her who took such good care of her. I feel very blessed."

"Dede was absolutely amazing all around! I had a hard time finding someone who grooms felines and then I finally found my favorite groomer on yelp and I reached out in hopes that she could take me on as a new client and she was able to set up an appointment for my cat the very next day which was a miracle! Dede also gave me some great advice on how to find the right groomer and who is a good fit for you and your babies. Her space was clean and very quiet which was good for a timid cat. She let me assist on the groom where I could hold my cat for her so that my cat felt safer and more trusting with a new place and people. We ended up doing a full body shave as well as a toe trim and quick wash. I can already tell my baby feels so much better and that makes me happy. so so grateful for Dede!"

She is fast on shipping and has been there before and after my order to answer my questions. Her videos have a wealth of information on them and she sells everything she uses in her store. I encouraged everyone to support small businesses like Dede's that's where you get true customer service. 5 star service!
