"Excellent place for Family gathering, reunions any parties and we booked on 8th April. Plenty of space for kids to play, adults to swim or hangout or bar room or living room space, Big kitchen, fire pit for hangout all night, beautiful patio space to fit more than 10+ families. Tooo good and lot of memories, words are not enough to express...... Thanks to host for maintaining the place clean and neat without bugs, flies or mosquitoes. Only discomfort bathroom doors don't have proper bolts/ locks :) but they are very clean and we'll maintained."

"As a guest the site template is great, however everything is falling apart. Inside the house everything is either outdated or broken. Outside has been neglected for at least 10 years. The landscaping looks horrible no grass, the deck is rotten the Pergola is rotten and the pool decking is crumbling. It’s a shame because this place could be so much better."

"This sprawling property with three houses, a pool, pavilion and ample outdoor seating areas was PERFECT for our wedding. Pam was a wonderful host, allowing us access to anything we needed or wanted to bring in for the wedding. The property is worn in but for us it was perfect and homey. Super recommend if you want a laid back place for a wedding or weekend stay."

"We fell in love with this venue it was perfect for outdoor wedding. The property was east to get to and had ample space for large group. This place had so much charm and everyone young and old enjoyed our visit. The pool was awesome just wish they had a hot tub. Several types of grills for use, fire pit and plenty of shaded decks. The kitchen is huge and extra large dining room but even larger covered pavilion outside !"

"Great host and great facility. The grounds are expansive and the pool area is fantastic. The house has everything you need and a great kitchen for cooking and serving meals. The only drawback is the half bath in the back building - no way to shower unless you come to main house."
