"Hi, if I could give a negative review I would. I've been with Edwards Jones since 2011 and have been pass along to different advisors however Chris Deacy was totally unprofessional. I am moderate client that does not require any hand holding and easy to manage and Chris Decay made my experience with Edward Jones very annoying and difficult. I have terminated my account with Edward Jones due to the "lack" of Chris being able to form a good relationship with his clients. In our last communication I asked a simple question of why was the annual fee increased 85% and I received an email back with the only language in the body of the email "inflation" nothing else written. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I have moved my business elsewhere. I would not recommend Chris Deacy handling your financial matters."
