"Current tenants and our stay has been good. Maintenance orders are tended to when needed. Convenient to pay rent online. Pay your rent on time and have good communication and I don’t think anyone would have issues. All these other reviews we haven’t experienced that from anyone at the office. Excellent people to rent from!"

"If I could give Negative 5 stars I would. They are crooks! Flat out told me they can't verify who I am since I haven't rented in over 20 years,and they verified who owns my Family home. All this was explained before application and was told by Stacey White,we shouldn't have a problem. Then when he tried to explain why I was denied,he stated 3 different excuses. Now you have the truth of what was said. White and associates are crooks! Don't just believe my reviews,look at this past 2years.....more bad reviews then good! Proof is in the writing!"

"We have lived in a home we rent from this family for over 2 years. Everyone is kind, empathetic, professional and mostly prompt. I appreciate Randy and his promptness to our work orders. Just recently, I received an email to pick up Easter baskets free of charge and wreaths from their office. This prompted me to make this review. I have 10 years in property management and haven’t even done this for my renters. We really appreciate you guys!"

"Well first you guys are unprofessional and put more effort into responding to a review then actually keeping us up to date with what was going on with the property we applied for. We never knew about any issues with our application until we Called. So we we're sitting around waiting for approval or denial not knowing there were issues with rental history. And in fact when I called about a week later to get an update on the status of my application the guy said I had no rental history on my application at all. Then I had to tell him to look again because there was history to verify and he said "O I see it", and then there was a effort to verify what was already written showing the application was not properly looked over. Didn't even have the decency to inform us of these issues nor let us know of the status of the property. And it's even more unprofessional to put dates and information that apply to my confidential application on here as an effort to defend yourself. I'm not gonna call you guys racists because of that I am unsure, but your staff is damn sure unprofessional and have no integrity. We were constantly rushed off the phone and told someone was in a meeting and would call us back and that didn't happen. Reviews are to tell your story of your experience with a company. And in business a paying customer is always right. You didn't even have the decency to apologize for our experience and assure that it could definitely be a misunderstanding and try to make it right, but instead you come with dates and personal information which is again unprofessional...."

"We have been clients for almost 5 years and have enjoyed the tenant/landlord relationship. They are quick to address a problem when I call and the turn around to get it fixed it in a very timely manner. Not only have they done A/C repair and plumbing repair but they have replaced appliances that have gone out such as the stove and the dishwasher. However, it doesn't stop there!!! They have also come and removed squirrels out of the attic! I would highly recommend Buddy and his crew if any one is looking to lease a property! They make the leasing experience an easy and affordable one!"
