"Brought our 8th generation IPad in last Thursday with a smashed screen just looking to get it replaced. The guy originally acted as if he could get it done within the next 48 hours. The customer service was horrible, as we tried calling multiple times over the next WEEK, trying to get information on why it wasn’t done yet. Went to pick up 8 days later(today) because they refuse to answer their phone. He then proceeds to hand it back still in the same condition we left it with him in! Says he believes it’s a 9th generation and had a bad batch of screens sent to him yet every time we did call he said he was almost done with it. Wondering what the hell he was doing with it for the past 8 days, not his job!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND."
