"I came in with hopes to exchange x-mas gifts that didn’t fit properly. Wanted to exchange for something more fitting. Shop owner immediately replied these are December items and they are none refundable. But we came in for something more fitting. We did not asked for a refund!. But yet I told here we just want to exchange for a different size. She repeated not refundable. She didn’t offer to make it right. We came in with the intention of also purchasing a B/Day gift. You have lost a customer and any referrals forever"
