"Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I would. Ordered my nephews class ring from out of state and had it shipped to this store. There was a mix up with the pick up persons name, but the woman who was helping my sister was very rude. She and another woman Averille were very unprofessional, and acted as if they couldn't be bothered to help my sister locate my nephews ring. Not only were they rude to her, but also to their new assistant manager who just transferred to that store. I can't believe these women are allowed to still work here and treat customers like this. Looking at the reviews, it seems to be a common problem. The only person who was trying to help my sister was the new assistant manager. She was very professional and sincere in trying to help get my nephew his class ring. Zales needs to do better in the people they hire, because I can see why this store is barely busy."
