"So it appears to be 10weeks to when I sent my fine jewelry bracelet to be received at their repair shop. I understood that I was supposed to have been contacted. (No contact). Fortunately, I had some time today to swing by the store and check myself where the bracelet was. The girls working the counter had no idea where the piece was when they checked the safe. I spelled my name and email address, then they were able to find it. There was another worker there who had long straight hair trying to interject and blame me for having a name she did not understand. So that was why they could not locate the bracelet in the beginning. (That was rude, and offensive). I explained when I walked in that I had the emails and UPS tracking #s. And that I was supposed to have been called about my order. No one could tell me how long it had been in the safe. Nor did the store manager come out. The girls in the front explained the manager was checking the safe. I do not appreciate the service the straight hair female provided. Especially to a customer, and a customer with a fine jewelry piece. I agree in regards to 0star reviews before"

"Guadalupe’s customer service is terrible. This store is racist! If I was her race or a white person she would make an exception but because I’m not she want to enforce the policy! Your boss isn’t going to give you more money for enforcing “the policy” If I could give 0 starts I would! Clearly the bracelet was a gift and she even said she could tell it was their jewelry but she couldn’t fix it from the tarnish! Do better!!"

"Not a great experience. They had only had two girls working; so customers were waiting 30 minutes just to get greeted. I came in because my fine jewelry piece was broken (that I just bought). And she swapped it out no problem. I brought in the earring display card and the pouch, and she threw the fine jewelry earring pieces into the pouch then stuck the card in there, you could tell she just didn’t want to take the time to handle the pieces with care. I was in shock. I worked at Kendra scott for awhile, and I was pretty disappointed with my visit."

"I bought my wife a new band for her Apple Watch this year, and while the band was lovely my wife was looking to go a different direction. Kendra Scott would NOT allow us to return the (unworn) band for a refund only 3 days after Christmas. While I like their products and have found the service to be courteous, this refund policy is ridiculous and was not made clear at the time of purchase."

"My first experience at a Kendra Scott store since Covid. Great customer service,store was super clean and hand sanitizers in several areas. Love the new location! Very easy to order and pick up curbside if you don’t want to go inside."
