We did return on 10/07/2023 and today we still didn’t get our $2570 refund！！We paid for the ring twice，and I even won’t able to get the ring before my wedding！！！That's so funny. I called the customer service，and first time they said it's only show return but no return，we have to explain everything and ask them to update. I don‘t know what they are doing！！！"

"The service was great when we ordered then the follow up was awful. They gave the stone away we picked out and never informed us of the order not going through for one of the rings. I was so excited to pick up what I thought was an engagement ring and a band and it was just a band. No calls were made to us to inform us of this big mistake and when I called corporate they still didnt care to help. It was a terrible experience consistently after the initial one was so pleasant."

They offer a very personalized service while you look at rings throughout the store. However, to me they offer a very small selection and a lot to be desired. Everything is mostly online and extremely customizable. For such a large purchase, I want to see it in person before we commit to something they have to make. This is not my kind of ring shopping."
