"Christine York is unprofessional and very rude, even though you are her customer and she makes $$ from you. Her estimate was actually wrong as well, and she ended up selling our jewelry for less than we contracted for. She also allows prospective buyers to take the ring and 'try it out' -- we felt our ring was in the hands of a total stranger and it was out of our control. We would NOT recommend her. She hung up on us and did not respond to emails. A very bad experience."
