"Grooming is good, but attitude and punctuality are not. Called to make an appointment and was told it was walk-ins only, first come first serve. Whoever answered the phone gave me straight attitude, but even with that, I still decided to try it. I showed up the next day at 720, after waiting and calling once, I left at 0745. Door and internet add says they open at 730. I won't be back, the grooming isn't that good enough to deal with all this. Do better y'all."

"I asked for a certain length on my giant schnauzer and they shaved him way too short. They gave away my collar and leash which were worth $40 combined. I waited for 30 min while they were “looking for it.” After asking for my moneys worth back in order to buy a new collar and leash, not even a full refund; they spent 15 more minutes in the back talking."

"Gave my dog a totally different cut without my consent. A professional place would have called me to pick her up if she was "aggressive." Strange how they were able to bathe her but not finish the job properly. They should have called before deciding on proceeding to do whatever service they decided. They still charged the full amount. Her legs and paws are still looking uncleaned. Stay away from this unprofessional place where they will make their own decisions and still charge you for it."
