"i would like to give 0 stars if possible. i went to the clinic and the nurse over there was sooo rude. i dont think she even cared to help anyone. it was my first time at their clinic and i didnt know what to do but the nurse didnt help at all. and when i was telling her about my symptoms about feeling some dizziness she (very rudely) said “then why are you driving?” i never told her that i drove. she just assumed that and said that to me couple of times. and said that someone else will see me. my experience there was so bad i dont think i will even go to that Walgreens again."
"Went there to buy some stuff with some friends. Went to the register to check out and was told I could not purchase anything from them. One of my friends was on the phone with his mother and an employee was eavesdropping, and supposedly said something that causes them to not allow us to purchase anything from them. No example was given from them, just told to leave. Called an hour later, said store manager would return my call next day, yet here I am 2 days later with no call. Poorly managed store, poor business practices, will never shop at another Walgreens."
"Honestly the worst pharmacy. I just witnessed, Heather, a pharmacy tech talk so badly to her co-worker about an elderly woman in the drive-thru. Heather is unprofessional and felt it necessary to speak loudly in front of me without consideration for the woman waiting for her prescription. This is why I'm switching to Costco. This was the last straw. I've had so many of these encounters at this store."
"i have a reoccurring prescription that i get filled every 30 days. i make sure to call many hours in advance to pickup and not one time have they had it filled by the time i get there. i don't know why i have kept going there so long but I'm switching to a different pharmacy. the counter employees are very nice, but the management at this location is incompetent."
"Deplorable Store Management Behavior! Sub-Par Customer Service! After viewing Walgreens overall corporate customer service reviews, it comes to no surprise that Walgreens is one of the lowest rated retailers and pharmacy. It also comes to no surprise that Walgreens would entrust ROY B. to represent the company as a store manager at the Peck Rd. St. Charles, Illinois location. Roy is arrogant, rude, argumentative, and has ZERO people skills. The pharmacy totally failed at preparing a prescription for my mother who was in hospice care. The prescription was called in by an attending nurse. When I arrived at the drive-up to pick up the medication I waited for 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. The employee handling window pick up told me to wait so she could go and talk to the pharmacist. I waited another 10 minutes, the pharmacist then gets on speaker and tells me the prescription isn't ready and won't be for 10, 15, minutes or even longer. I was then told to "move my car" in a very demeaning tone. I proceeded to drive around the store and parked my car. I entered the store and let the pharmacy know I was now in the store to pick up the medication. Due to me being upset and extremely concerned about my mother, I did raise my voice due to the delay and the pharmacist called Roy B. the manager. Roy approaches me with an attitude and clearly he was prepared to show me who was boss............He argued with me, denied that I waited as long as I did. He was talking over me and his aggressiveness was deplorable. After he argued with me insisting I was totally wrong, he announces that the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock. At this point, we are looking at an hour and a half of wasted time. I was told I had the option to go to two other locations to get it. This unfortunate incident happened on January 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. My mother passed away on January 3, 2023. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an effort to prevent this situation from repeating itself. As long as Roy B. remains as manager, the negative reviews will continue. The store has a 2 1/2 star rating. Instead of making an effort to raise the star ratings, Roy does nothing but accelerate the negative reviews. This is probably Roy's first management title and it has certainly gone to his head. He is a very poor excuse for a manager."
