"I got my engagement and wedding band from them and was initially very thrilled and satisfied with their craftsmanship and service. They included free cleanings and ring resizing in their contract which won us over to their business. However, since late last year, I haven't been able to get a hold of them. I initially went as a walk-in customer to get my ring resized, only to find their office started receiving patients by appointment only. Tried calling them, it goes to voicemail. Sent them an email, no response. Even called Sage Plaza phone number, and they said they are still in business but we can email the address posted on their door to get in touch with them. I'm not really sure what is going on, but I would have thought they would have the courtesy of giving their customers a response. Very disappointing business practice."

"We had my 25 year old ring redesigned and reset at Uptown Diamond this month. I'm blown away by how beautifully my new wedding ring it turned out. I brought in a small collection of jewelry, including my original ring/diamond from 1994 and some other pieces along with some photos of my design ideas. Sydney Good was able to take my photos and my pieces and work with the designer to send me some design ideas. The finished product is spectacular. I started thinking back to all the different pieces of jewelry that I had over the years that went into this new piece. My original engagement and wedding ring from 1994, a necklace I wore at my wedding that my parents had given me, a ring inherited from my grandmother, my anniversary bands and sweet gifts my husband has given me over the years. Now I'm able to wear them all as one gorgeous set and it's so special to me. The design and completion of the ring was flawless and Sydney and the Uptown Diamond creative staff did such a great job and their enthusiasm is contagious. The process of design and pricing was smooth and well communicated, from concept photos to 3D printed ring samples, you are able to really get a feel for what the finished piece will look and feel. We appreciate the craftsmanship and care so very much. If you are considering a custom piece this is your place!"

"Uptown Diamond is not your typical jewelry store. You just don't go in and pick out the one you want, but rather it will be custom made to your liking! You get to talk to Rick, who is the owner, and also very knowledgeable in jewelry. After agreeing upon the stone and ring, Rick will 3D print the band for you so that you will know what the ring will look like after the stone has been mounted. I think it is such a creative process allowing the customer to actually see the "almost' finished product before it goes into production. The whole buying process was very enjoyable and educational. Rick did not tried to up sell me the diamond, but rather down sell since "no one in the naked eye will noticed the imperfection", and I truly appreciate his honesty. Overall, I would highly recommend Uptown Diamond, and I would definitely return for future upgrades."

"UPDATED REVIEW: Wedding Band Process/Review I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Uptown Diamond absolutely knocked it out of the park again. After getting the most amazing engagement ring we had to go back and get our bands done here too. This time round we worked with Rick Atona and he was amazing to work with, completely understood my fiances vision and helped me with my decision on picking my band. I have never worn jewelry and was beyond indecisive but Rick helped me through that process too. My fiance loved the fact that she could be part of this process and the fact she got exactly what she wanted. Rick not only nailed the design to fit with the engagement ring but kept us fully in the loop throughout the whole process and had an amazing turn around time. You know when you come here you get an amazing product, you get amazing service and you know that you will have everything taken care of. Uptown Diamond are the first and only place I recommend when it comes to getting wedding bands/engagement rings and I'm sure in the future I will be back to get birthday/anniversary gifts. They were fantastic from start to finish and I think you can see by the pictures how great a job they did, I cant recommend Uptown Diamond enough (The pictures from our wedding day are courtesy of @silverbearcreative) Engagement Ring Process/Review I started the process from start to finish with Uptown Diamond with Grayland Noah and he was amazing. Throughout the whole process I really felt like he understood what I was trying to do and at no point did I feel pressured to buy or do anything I didn't want to do. I loved the fact I could pick out the stones, design the ring and see the 3D rendering online so I could picture what it would look like before it was made into the real thing. From start to finish the experience has been fantastic and I visited with at least 3 other jewelers before I found a place I liked and it just felt right. Grayland is a great guy who really and truly knows his craft and is backed up by an amazing team. My fiance absolutely loves the ring and gets complimented on it all the time. We will be back to get our bands when the time comes and I have been telling everyone I know about how amazing the experience has been, I really cant brag about them enough.
