"Thieves. Came out several times to fix a washer. put new parts on, still didn't fix. They wanted to replace more parts. Bill was more than buying a new washer. They gave up, and stole many parts off my machine."

"Made the appt to be around 1:00 they called said they would be there around 3:30-430, then they called again and said he would still be late. Also it says on the website service calls are 55.00 and it was 70.00 in addition to parts. He was at my house not even 15 minutes for the repairs. I called them cause they have been fixing the appliances at my house for years I just bought this house when my grandma past away so I trusted the same people. The guy said he just bought the company from the previous owner. At least my stove works cause it is an antique and sentimental."
