"Called Hurst heating and cooling because my furnace went out. They immediately sent Steve T. to my house and I can't say enough good things about Steve! he sat there patiently waiting to see what it was doing (it decided to work when he showed up and I'm thankful he stayed so patiently and waited because about 15 minutes later, it popped and gave out while he was here and he fixed it for us ASAP! We now have heat again!!! Steve was so patient (my kids were running around I kept apologizing, he was so patient and friendly with my kids and I really appreciated that), he was very kind, and knowledgeable. I tried to tip him for his amazing service and he tried to decline the tip and said he was happy he could help us! What a blessing he was. Steve was the best service man we've ever had to our house with any issues weve ever faced since buying. I was super pleased with him. "Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking for a professional, yet courteous and friendly company for any HVAC issues. Had an issue with my heater not blowing hot air right when the colder weather came late 2023 and since I rent, my leasing office sent out some random company I can’t be bothered to remember since he spent 4x as long trying to fix my heat and left me with the issue still persisting. I called Hurst and they sent out Steve T who was here for maybe 30 minutes and had the problem solved and the heat is HOT again!! I finally don’t have to use my stove to get warm! VERY reasonable prices and amazing technicians. Thank you Steve & Hurst!"

"Hurst heating and cooling as a business treated me very well. The installation went well, and the installers did a great job. However, my furnace came with broken tabs, and the manufacturer emblem was missing. It has been almost a month and these small issues have not been resolved. UPDATE, as promised, all the issues I had got resolved. Come to find out it was the heater manufacturer had delays on their end on getting the emblem sent out. Also, as before. Everyone I have been dealing with at Hurst has been very nice, courteous, and helpful. Would definitely recommend them."
