"A WASTE OF TIME. I was denied service for being 7 min late to my dog's rabies vaccination appointment. NEVER was I told that my appointment would be canceled if I was late nor did they give me a grace period. The women told me that she couldn't see my dogs because she had to go on lunch. The vaccination station itself and staff lacked professionalism. The WORST customer service! You're better off going somewhere local."
