"I went on oct 30,2022 and there was a problem with their credit card terminal that took a long time to solve. Once it was resolved they ran my credit card again and said it had been declined. I checked on my app showed them that they had indeed charged me but they promised that since it was pending the money would be returned and if it wasn’t to call and they would fix it since I was traveling back home that day. 2 days later the transaction is no longer pending and the money hasn’t been returned. I’ve called 33 times and no one answers"

"My experience at this location was horrible because of the customer service. I had to come three times to solve a return after having to explain the policy that was stated on their site. If they tell you their return policy is only 14 days that’s not true, at least for the holiday season. It is 30 days, don’t leave without getting your money back if you’re still well within those 30 days to return something. Or better yet please go to the Galleria location where the customer service is nothing but the BEST! I called them one time explaining my situation and they offered to help me immediately, no questions asked."
