"They need to inspect the trailers before actually renting them out. My brother rented here about 2 years ago and there was so much roaches everywhere. He didn't realize he was gonna have roommates!! My daughter lived here a while this past year. Place is disgusting. Electricity bill is ridiculously high bcz central ac/heat dont work. Check cabinets and drawers!!! Full of roaches, feces, and roach eggs!!! You walk in and smells like urine, took us a while to figure out it was ROACH urine and feces we were smelling. This is hazardous to your health!!! They dont check trailers after you've moved out! Takes months before they get to a recently empty trailer! Months!! Theyre supposed to send exterminator monthly, only went one time bcz we kept bothering the office. My daughter didnt move in right away bcz we were killing and fumigating for roaches!! Out of our money!! New management made lots of promises about a playground, trash pickup and other stuff. What needs to be done is maintenance of actual trailers!!! Plumbing, air conditioning suck. Refrigerator and stoves dnt wrk. They never have replacement ones! Maintenance workers are very disrespectful, rude, aggressive and threatening towards women and children, yelling as they approach you in their vehicles and try to intimidate you by pulling up behind you like they are cops pulling you over!! Dont move here! It might be cheaper at first, but the electricity bill in summer will put you behind in your other bills! This place is horrible and things are not better with the new management!!"

"Bad management, mantiance doesn’t do much. Trailer homes are unsanitary and not up to health code."

"Cool place to live at but only one way in and one way out. Live there like 7-8 years ago and a problem that was always there is that people place their trash on their vehicles trunk and drive off into WILSON rd without stopping at traah area so that is why you see trash on Wilson going towards Gutierrez middle school. Mobile park should put up a sign beforeexit like, "Don't forget your trash""

"We went yesterday to see a couple places, and the place was so very disappointing and disgusting. Both homes were trashed from previous tenants and left in disrepair, the homes smelled of urine and one had feces in the toilet and the other had feces In the tub. The carpets were matted and the floors were sticky from what I’m assuming was urine and the fridges had rotten food residue left behind. They didn’t bother to clean up after people moved out so it makes you wonder how they treat paying tenants. Not worth paying over $900 a month AT ALL. That’s my warning to you all."
