No wait time and all the ladies treated our pup with so much love he was so happy the whole time and they took the time to make sure he would not be traumatized worked as a group very professionally can't say enough positive things and the price was unbeatable! "Don’t even think about making an appointment because they never answer the phone. Nowhere on their website, does it state what time they are actually taking walk-ins. It might say 12 to 7 but it’s not actually 12 to 7. Be prepared to find another facility for any vet needs. Because if your experience is anything like mine you will be met at the door and turned away before ever stepping foot inside. Yes! That’s correct in the 90°+ weather we weren’t even allowed to step into the building. When I asked when is a good time to come tomorrow 8/26 they said they are closed this Saturday. Even though their hours show they are open 9-3. SMH"
