"I cannot express how amazing Iris is! My boyfriend and I are getting engaged soon and my family wanted to get him a ring as well. We visited another Kay Jewelers location and he fell in love with a tungsten ring but they sadly didn’t have his size so I started calling other Kay Jewelry stores near me. Iris picked up the phone and helped me get the ring my boyfriend loved!!! She’s the only one that knew she could order the ring from the vendor. Every other store I called just turned me away since they didn’t have his size in stock or couldn’t find it online. Iris was so incredibly patient and worked with me. I had a deadline for the ring and she conveyed what plan she had in mind which put me at ease. Lucky for me the vendor just sent the ring they had as soon as she put in our request!
