"Very fast service! Outside underground water line broke on New Years Eve. I called and left a message and was called back on New Years day. They arrived early on January 2nd and all was fixed by 12:30pm. I truly appreciate the quick service and response during holiday!"

"I called them to ask to fix our clogged kitchen drain. The technician visited for 15 minutes and just look and said they do not have anything to do that but sneak, we said that we did it before we need to pumping out the clogged drain. He said that they do not have this kind of service. They have charged almost $90 for service call and visit. EASY MONEY.. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST CALL for these Guys! When I call their office to ask why they have charged without doing anything, and I am not satisfied this service; her reply is nonsense also. `Even if you are not satisfied, because you called us and we sent a technician, You have to pay the service fee.` I will not go forward for $90 pay back, but let them know They absolutely lost us and many more than $90."

"Came to our house to install a gas line for a stove. Very friendly great service up into the time we were handed the bill. with all respect for your customers if the bill is a large amount you should warn them of the cost before you proceed. we were not even told the cost it would be until it was done. It was basically double of what we expected and when I called the response to me was well you didn't want an estimate you just wanted it done. The total bill was $531 now what would have happened if we didn't have that much in our savings what would they have done??? tear it back out??? I just feel that it was very unprofessional of them not to give a cost when it is that large of an amount to just basically install 1 flex pipe and bring it through the floor. I do not recommend this company unless you get everything in writing before they even touch anything in your home"
