"I had a terrible experience here. I am an educator and had a 403b here for 6 years. Not once in 6 years did they reach out to discuss my investments or help me with financial planning. I finally did my own research and tried to move my money elsewhere. It was a very frustrating process with a bunch of confusing paperwork. It finally all went through and I found out I lost $1200 in surrender fees. No one ever mentioned this to me. I’m sure it was in the fine print somewhere but I am paying them to help me with these things. They should have explained this to me! I feel completely taken advantage of. I would never recommend them to anyone I care about. Stay away!"
