"Leaving very pleased after working with Alex! They were so incredibly nice and helpful with an issue with our Xbox. Alex initially set up our appointment for yesterday (we thought they said today - OOPS). BUT, Alex looked at the work que that they had, decided to help me in the midst of it all as they remembered the issue from the day prior. Alex is awesome, definitely will want to work with them in the future and so glad they’re on the geek squad team! Alex didn’t have to help today, I offered to make another appointment, I really appreciate their assistance!"
"So I just had a small crack on my camera fixed with geek squad. It took a few hours but when I picked it up, sure enough, it was fixed. They however did not inform me that they either totally replaced my phone with another one or in the process the serial number was changed. This caused so many issues, and currently I am needing to go to my carrier to HOPEFULLY get my number transferred to this “new phone.” This is rather annoying by itself, but it’s even worse that they never once told me that this would happen. If it’s serial number was just changed in the process, great just let people know. If the device is just going to be replaced, also let them know. If i would’ve known it was going to be this much of a process, I wouldn’t have even bothered fixing it"
"The calling system is the most infuriating thing i have ever come across. Whats happened to talking with actual people when you need help. The phone systems are absolutely no help with anything i have needed. 10/10 don’t recommend and makes me not even want to go to the store."
