"Had a pipe start leaking in the bathroom this morning. I called Johnson Plumbing and they had two guys at my home within two hours. I didn't catch their names but they were very professional and had a tough job done in short order. I appreciate it very much!"

"I had shut-off replaced, and the new shutoffs leak especially the hot water, the toilet needed a new pull chain for flushing. They replaced the Clapper and the chain,and the new one does not shut down correctly so every little while the tank refills up to the mark. The toilet did not flush right so I had to use a plunger to get it to flush. My cleaning lady fixed it so it flushed without using the plunger. This service cost $260.81 and I have paid it. I am not complaining because I do not want to pay but because it was a poor job. D.L.FOLKERS-SARBER I most certainely contacted you. I called back and said my cleaning lady got the flushing corrected but I never stated the rest was corrected. You were called about this, MOST DEFINITELY!!!!! I never called and complained the bill was too much if the work they were supposted to do had been done properly! I wanted the work completed properly and that was my complaint. Who wants to pay for repairs poorly completed????? Why have you not contacted me then if you only wanted to do what is right?????THE PARTS, ALL OF THEM WERE SUPPLIED BY YOU EXCEPT THE NEW FAUCET!!!!!"

"I had heating issues on one of the coldest days in January. I called them around noon- they were very busy with no-heat calls and understandably couldn't get anyone over to me until the following day. They called me back later that afternoon and were able to squeeze me in. Heat was fixed and fully operating within hours of my first call in to them."
