"Poor customer service at this location.. I came at 6:05 on a Sunday to pick up an online order and was told that they closed at "6." However, online clearly says this location closes at 7 on Sunday, not 6! On top of that I tried calling earlier in the day several times to make sure my order was ready & their phone was off/disconnected... so I couldn't even speak to anyone before coming in. Sales associates didn't care and told me to come back tomorrow and locked the door. Unacceptable all across the board. FIX YOUR PHONE & BUSINESS HOURS!"

"If I could leave 10 stars and a comment I would! Young lady that helped me with my engraving was very sweet she was having trouble with machine but we got it right on the second try. Unfortunately not everyone's as patience and understanding."

"If I could leave no stars and a comment I would. I have shopped at this location in the pass and was always pleased however, per the recent reviews of poor customer service I agree. I visited the store and was never greeted or offered assistance not a word from 3 employees. I waited 15 minutes nothing. The behavior was strange for a nearly empty store one other customer was being assisted. I’m extremely disappointed in the brand and will no longer patronize the brand."

"if i could put a zero i would. This is by far the worst store i’ve been too, they don’t know how to speak to customers they don’t even look presentable! I got my bracelet cleaned and came home to a missing charm they said they “checked the cameras” sure… and said they delete the photos of the pre clean post clean every night. refused to tell me this over the phone. i am distraught about my missing charm. and how your “manager” accused me of misplacing it and “taking too long” to find out. i’m over this store and i’m over this company. i’m so disappointed."

"The staff here was absolutely amazing! I like coming to this location far better than the store in the Katy Mills Mall. This location has a much larger selection in my opinion. The store was very clean and well organized. All staff wore their masks and required customers to do the same. They are also preventing the amount of customers that can shop at one time in order to follow the 6 foot social distancing guidelines. They also provided hand sanitizer."
