"I was asked to jump in with 3 days notice to a new construction build because there painter, wagner, ditch them for a better paying job with the bank,MSB. I thought this was my chance at working on bigger projects and I would have 10 days to complete. However, I had to start 2 days later than projected because drywall couldn't make the walls smooth, and then drywallers kept coming back and sanding while my primer was wet. They left a huge mess and In my opinion Shawn did not care about keeping the house reasonably clean between trades, He also refused to comply to our contract by paying for supplies up front and progress payment as the contract stated. I didn't trust this business to follow through with anything but excuses for delays. Sadly I had to walk away. He was so inxperienced and overwelmed I'll be surprised if he isn't sued. This statement is my opinion with 26 years of construction experince from remodels to hotel and villa new construction. Clean up after yourself! And Pay your SUBS! We have families to support too!"
