"I’m a newer cat owner. And, I am so glad that I chose this pet clinic for my cat, Bilbo. The Vet Tech, Lauren, was very kind, attentive, and patient. She made Bilbo and myself more comfortable. Dr Buchheit was awesome as well. She did very well with Bilbo as well as answered all my new cat owner questions and concerns. She explained very clearly how many of my concerns were normal behavior for cats versus being any health issue as well as why they have these habits that I didn’t understand. Furthermore, she did a great job with his wellness check as well as treating his ears. Bilbo was very comfortable with her as well as the setting of the exam room. And, the bill was a lot loss expensive than I expected."

"It's hard to move back to a township & and I need to find a veterinarian I can trust. Chief and I had a very bad experience with a vet right up the highway. Today I felt more confrontable than yesterday, especially when I heard their music. Chief was better yesterday, more so than today. I really like and trust this place. I hope and pray that my little Furman will get better soon. Today's staff and yesterday's staff are very friendly and educated ladies. I will be inquiring about a castration real soon. 1ST edit 1st edition 02/27/2024#Truth. Updated 02/28/2024 The care Chief and I got this week and today was fabulous. Chief doing better at the doctors office and taxi rides. They were able to get him right in today and that eased my nerves because I am so worried about Mt little furman. I would recommend this clinic to everyone who ask, or read reviews."

"In two instances we needed same day visits for our pups and they were able to get us in. They did NOT try and charge an extra fee for it either, like some vets do. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable. The doctors were great with our dogs. I would definitely recommend!"

"I would highly recommend this Animal Clinic if in Jeff Co. Area- I did not experience service w/ a living pet unfortunately I chose the wrong Animal Care place I however went to the Festus/Crystal City go to & it was a Death sentence! In the after Rebecca Darland took my Precious baby in and did the final steps that would bring her back to me.... Because of their gentle caring considerate nature I know that this will be the place I bring my future baby girl ~ since they took care of me & her so well I recommend her care for all your needs."

"Great staff, lowest prices around, and a great facility. Brought our new dog here for shots and a checkup. Everyone was very nice, and helpful. Answered all of my questions and were very polite! Got our dog all up to date, gave us valuable information to help us with having a pet in the home, and were just great people. I definitely suggest coming here for all of your pet's medical needs!"
