"I have been living here since February of this year, I appreciate the NEW management coming in recently and doing everything that needs to be done to make our living better and more accommodating to our needs. The front office staff is very welcoming and wanting to always help. Maintenance get to all emergency calls fast and any work orders I’ve had placed get fixed within the hours of placing them."

"I recently was invited to do a pop up shop here at this apartment complex and it was amazing! My boys got to join me as well. Our first time there and it was beautiful the area is quiet and full of friendly people. We can’t wait to do another one. The manager there is friendly and her team as well are friendly!"

"I lived at these apartments for a year and let me tell you, by far the WORST decision i have ever made. please stay far away from these apartments. When i first moved in everything was good, good maintenance team, front office staff, and community. a little after things started going down hill. for a majority of the time we lived there 1. the pool was closed and under construction. 2. they had gone under new management and got all new front office staff and they don't do anything. they don't answer the phones, and are simply no help. 3. Maintenance at this facility is horrible. You must put in a request on the portal (okay standard) but they don't fix anything. they will refuse to go into your apartment if you have any sort of pet (even though this is a pet friendly complex) and mark active maintenance requests as complete leaving you stuck in limbo for MONTHS. The entirety of our stay we had a broken door that they would come and "fix" only for it to end up falling on me and my newborn. we had a broken outlet that was buzzing and told my ELECTRICIAN husband that he doesn't know what he was talking out when we brought up the dangers of a buzzing GFI. we had to BEG them to change it. not only is that hazardous to us but the entire apartment building. 4. These apartments have a BAD Roach and Rat problem 5.We moved out August of this year and they sent us an Additional bill for random charges such as street service fee, resident liability insurance (even though we were paying for our OWN renters insurance), resident services income that they added AFTER we moved out and all bills were paid. After MULTIPLE attempts to call them and make the payment and continuously getting sent to voicemail and trying to sign into the online portal which we were locked out of they sent it to collections. This new company is a complete mess and Lauren the manager doesn't know how to manage her team. she says she's going to "fix" things but she doesn't. please stay away from these apartments. they may look nice on the outside but behind the scenes its a Train wreck"
