"I went to the CVS the other night . And what a great service I received from Armando, he was polite and considerate about me finding the right product I needed."
"Misplaced a blood pressure medicine, yes my fault. I notified the pharmacy. I know they have to get ahold of my insurance company to get a replacement. That's fine and understandable. But it didn't get filled because the pharmacist "didn't have time" to call the insurance company. It ended up getting resolved but the fact the I was told the pharmacist didn't have time to call is very alarming and concerning. Do they know they are in Healthcare and are responsible for helping people get the proper medication right?"
"this location always has empty shelves no matter what department. I had loaded my card before going as follows: $0.43, $0.05, $5.00,$5.00. when I got to the register there were two people gabbing with a sign in front of them saying next register. well since I didn't see another I waited for acknowledgement which finally came in the form of \"use the check out\". HUH? self-serve is what they meant, I said do you not have enough employees to check out (there was 2 of them there) he said corporate doesn't want them using the registers: because they are not trust worthy or because corporate like them socializing with each other. now to my rewards, $0.05 showed up and so did one of the $5.00. when I asked for help he said I'd have to wait because he was checking someone out, I said well you could have checked me out! I had to show them my app and what was on my card, he then went over and did something on the register and said here is your receipt. looking at the receipt he gave me both the items for free but under coupons applied is 5.00 and 4.18. told him next time I'd hang around until I saw someone at the self-checkout then he'd have to ring on the register. the whole thing was ridiculous,"
"Update: I went back to get a couple of last minute items and was discriminated against, and told that I was a thief. See video attached. Where do I start! So many red flags at this store. I use to shop here very often but slowed down. I went in there the other day and they have a new staff. I have never experience the disrespect and lack of help I had to endure the other day in the past. it was my first time ever getting a prescription filled at CVS and it was my last time to! First off the pharmacy manager Ado has his entire family working in the pharmacy! How is that even ethical or allowed? He clearly has bias against customers who doesn’t agree with how his family treat them as a customer. He called himself taking up for her instead of teaching her how to do her job! He made a racist remark towards me, and also threaten to not give me my medicine. he refused to give me the first name of the person who treated me badly. It took them over 2 1/2 hours to give me my medicine. to top it all off the store manager, Jason was present, and was equally as rude and prejudice. I wouldn’t recommend a dog going to the store. It’s a think this happened all because she didn’t know how to do her job and tried to take it out on me and I wasn’t going for it. I been living in this community and going to that CVS longer then y’all been working there! Never have I once been treated like I was yesterday!"
"Just the other day I spent half hour in the drive through. Most times the wait is usually at least 15 minutes. I will transfer my prescriptions to Medicine Shoppe. I’ve never had to wait more than 5-7 minutes."
