"I would not have given 1 star if that was possible! Affton Veterinary Clinic is not interested in an end of life dog. My dog is 16 years old and has a grade 5/6 heart murmur. The meds he is on so far have been working fine, and with the condtion he is in, it is day to day. So far I have been blessed with expectations of his life expectancy. Affton refused to renew his heart medication unless he came in for another exam. The exam would have been pointless and would have changed nothing. Fortunately for my dog and myself I have found a veterinarian who believes as I do. He actually is not in it just for the money. This vet actually cares about your pet and you and your situation as well. Affton did me a big favor and I would not recommend them for anything. They are more interested in money and protocols than what is best for your pet. UNACCCEPTABLE!"
