"Excellent service. Helped set up cost saving membership. Always courteous and thorough."
"I had used Schnucks pharmacy for years and they were great. Then CVS took over. It's been a disaster every since. The pharmacist that is there is a nice guy who tries his best to serve everyone but the last two visits, he was there alone (answering the phone, dealing with the long line, AND trying to fill prescriptions). The most recent visit the Doc sent the prescription at 10 am. I received a text that it would be ready at 5 pm. I got there at 5:30 pm, looked at my phone, and it now said it would be ready at 7:30 pm. I got in line just to check, he said he would go ahead and fill it. BUT he kept getting interrupted with a long line of customers. Finally 30 minutes later, he called me over to tell me that he didn't have the meds I needed but that he could send the script to another store that did have it. I've had it and have switched to another LOCAL small pharmacy that cares about its customers. Schnucks should do something about this - b/c I always end up getting groceries while I'm waiting. No more.l"
"My mom was in the ER and had her meds sent here. They texted saying they don’t take her insurance. I called them for an hour and no answer. I called the store to see if anyone was even working in the pharmacy. We finally decided to go in. I went in and stood in line with my mom for this rude worker named Lisa to tell us what we already knew. When I asked if we can have the prescription to take to Walgreens she said no you can call us. I told her I’d been calling for the last hour and no one will answer. She proceeded to yell at me asking me if I saw that she and her manager were the only workers and cried that “they cut their hours.” Someone should still be able to answer your phone AT LEAST once within an hours time. Unreal. This place and LISA have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received."
"This is the worst pharmacy if not in the world then definitely in St. Louis. A solid 60% of the time my son and my ADHD meds aren’t filled when we arrive, even days and one or two times a week or more after they’re called in. Pharmacists have told me a couple different stories about why. “It’s not time for your script to be filled yet” (it always is past time so this is false) “someone needs to call ahead because we can’t just auto fill this medication” (someone always does…my doctor.) a couple times they’ve been out of the medication without notifying us even though we’ve filled these scripts at this location monthly for over a year. Last on my list of reasons to hate this CVS: they can’t seem to save my good rx coupon in their system so every time I pick up a scrip they have to take it back and re run it. It takes FOREVER to pick up our medications. The employees are rude and short tempered even though I have every reason to be irritated by the process. My insurance doesn’t cover Walgreens pharmacy so we go here because it’s close to my house but I’ve just about had it with these clowns."
"Schnucks pharmacy staff, up to and including the pharmacist, had a lousy attitude towards customers. In the past, I used them because I live nearby, and did most of my grocery shopping there, so it was doubly convenient. I quit Schnucks altogether about 3 years ago, entirely due to the way pharmacy staff, and most especially one of the pharmacists treated me. I filed a complaint w/management, got no response whatsoever. Recently began buying groceries there again, but will never use their pharmacy again."
