"I called CVS Clayton near Galleria to check on getting a second Vaccination. Upon calling I was routed to the automated system which indicated Vaccinations were available and Walk-Ins were being accepted. This CVS is very clean, looks immaculate, which is very important to me with multiple allergies; a relatively newer CVS. When I arrived I waited only a few moments for a Pharmacy Rep to ask me my needs; she informed me they were out of the Vaccine I needed and advised me to try another CVS close by. I called that CVS an appointment was necessary. I ended up scheduling an appointment Online with Walgreens because their Online Portal required less information which allowed me to schedule the appointment faster. I do wish I had scheduled with CVS because the Walgreens (Olive&Dielman) - I reserved an appointment with I encountered a Pharmacist that was lacking in people skills. She had given shots to two gentlemen and decided to leave me to an employee without telling me their occupation or without explaining why she decided not to give me my shot. I said that I did not want to offend anyone but I would prefer that my Vaccination be administered by a Pharmacist, she gave me my shot, however she seemed to have an attitude. I shared my experience with Family and Friends because I felt that her professional mannerism was inappropriate and I hoped that I had received the correct dosage/vaccine because I was startled with the treatment projected by her that I did not notice the description on the vial where she extracted the vaccine. The FOUR STARS are for CVS. My recent experience with Walgreens was unsatisfactory, therefore I would opt to rate Walgreens at that location with NO STARS. I have been a Walgreens customer many years at other locations and have never encountered this type of dissatisfaction. I realize this is a difficult time in society during a Pandemic that has brought so much hurt to so many. I only hope that we can display the best possible behavior as we share space as facilitators and consumers."

"Not very organized or professional at this location. In fact, still awaiting a phone call back from Hayden for exactly 7 days now. Automated system continually fails to inform me of prescription status. One female tech during the day never states her name when I call and with good reason I suppose. She is rude and curt and seems utterly annoyed that she has to feign problem solving because she never does any actual problem solving. It's as if she can't be bothered to listen let alone do anything. I'll get her name and repost at a later date in order to spare others the negative energy this woman exudes."
