"This place is amazing. I can’t thank them enough for all of the help the past two days. When I brought my kitty in, I knew something wasn’t right, and they immediately took us into a room, Dr. Parvataneni was in immediately and listened to our concerns. All of the staff members were so kind and compassionate. When we left on Sunday, I was told he would call me in the morning after the radiologist looked at the x-ray and sure enough, first thing in the morning the phone rang. They wanted to do an ultrasound just to be sure before doing surgery. Unfortunately the symptoms progressed that day, we called back and had confirmed what the doctor was suspecting and told us we could bring our kitty in for surgery that night. We dropped her off at 7pm, and by 11pm I was bringing my kitty home. They took such great care of her, were so kind, compassionate and informative and you could tell everyone in there all cared about each and every animal they saw. I am so grateful for everyone there, especially Dr. Parvataneni. I hope I never have to come back, but I HIGHLY recommend this place and the staff is truly wonderful."

"On November 29th, 2023, we brought our German Shepherd to the veterinary clinic as he wasn't doing well. We were promptly taken to a room and the tests started immediately. Unfortunately, the news wasn't good and we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved pet. Despite the heartbreaking outcome, the staff were kind and Dr. Parvataneni took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He even gave my daughter a hug to show his compassion. I truly believe that our dog received the best care possible in his situation. Although I hope we never have to return to the clinic, I highly recommend it to anyone who needs emergency veterinary care for their pets."

"Pet Urgent Care was the absolute BEST!! We really liked the entire staff but the Doctor was top notch! We went in for a scary injury that we noticed late evening that occurred to our dog’s eye. While the doctor reassured us about her injury and treated it and gave us medicine to prevent infection, he detected a previously undiagnosed heart murmur. We were given the choice to get chest X-rays or not and then they were sent to a radiologist for review. The results and X-rays were also sent to our regular vet to keep them in the loop. We will definitely be recommending this urgent care to all we know!!"

"I had to take my cat here Friday night after a run in with a brown recluse. They were able to get us in immediately and saw us very quickly. They were patient and handled my cat so well (he’s really mean to vets so it really was impressive) and we were in and out. They were very kind and honest and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them enough! Some emergency vets will overcharge and take advantage of these scary situations, but Pet Urgent care absolutely did not. If you are in the area and in need of a trustworthy emergency vet, this is the place to go!!!"

"The doctor and assistant treated our pup like family, which we consider him. They were respectful and were very quick to take care of him. The were very dog friendly. They talked to him and petted him as if he were one of their own. They did their best to make him feel calm, which is difficult to do. He is a big chicken Staffy. He is our baby though and we loved our experience at the Urgent Care facility. We will definitely return if we need after hours care for our dog."
