"Worst inconsistent experience causing me unnecessary trips. The experience depends on who you get. So far, 2 employees have been difficult to work with. The guys there seem to be more customer oriented and deliver what the website advertises - free embossing any time. I like the brand but above all how you can personalize the products. I purchased products online and went to the store to get them embossed when I finalized what to add. I finally find time and I am told they cannot emboss it because it is an outlet wallet so I have to go to the outlet. Then I insist and I am told the product is not emboss-able. No where in their website does it say I have to go to the outlet for outlet products. The sad part is that if I were to come again and the right person would be there, there would have been no issues. Waste of time and money."
"Amazing place! Cris and Andrea helped my husband choose a great watch and additional band for an amazing price. They were super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and overall amazing people. They also engraved the watch for free. We definitely will come back for more watches for my husband. Thank you so much you two!"
"Visited this location on Friday afternoon. I had been looking high and low to find a replacement battery for my watch. It’s nothing special, not that expensive, just has sentimental value. So I FINALLY realized that’s there is an actual FOSSIL STORE CLOSE BY. I live in BOERNE, so I’m not that far from the store. Long story short, I took my watch in and I was promptly helped after only about 10-15 seconds. My battery was changed, date was corrected. While I was waiting I noticed a fine selection of mens AND women’s watches. Along with quality wallets and other accessories as well. Do yourselves a favor, if you’re looking for a quality gift, this store would do the trick. It’s a quaint little store, not crawling with people and sales people. Low key and laid back, right up my alley."
"Came to this store looking for a band on a 16 year old watch. They didn’t have brown but they installed a mild green band. How in the world did they know that a green band would look much better than the original brown, like how?!? The young lady I worked with name is Adriana, her new name is The Watch Doctor. So happy I came to this location!"
