"right when we walked in I knew this place was special...separate doors for dogs and cats is a plus. The receptionist immediately stooped down to my pups level and made her feel at home. Dr McManus explained the procedure thoroughly and took the time to calm my nerves. after surgery the vet tech went over all the post op procedures before sending us home. Dr McManus has continued to communicate with me outside of office hours with concerns. This has been the best experience we have ever had. I am so glad we chose them to care for our new puppy. We are a furever customer."

"I took my boy Jackson to get his annual check up and shots. This was a good experience for him because the staff was very friendly and treated him well. The office is very clean and the staff was exceptionally kind. They obviously love animals. Thank you all so much !! UPDATE!! Jackson became very I needed to have him seen ASAP. I called when they opened and was able to get him in within a couple of hours. Upon arrival I met Megan who is pleasant and attentive as she greeted Jackson and me. Next Annie came to waiting area and was compassionate and attentive as she listened to symptoms and took notes and she remembered Jackson from his previous well visit 3 weeks prior. She answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Within a short time Dr. McManus came into the room and evaluated Jackson as we talked about his symptoms. She told me the game plan explaining why she wanted to draw labs and answered my questions as she petted and continued to evaluate Jackson. Dr. McManus is compassionate and knowledgeable. This Emergency visit was a true test of knowledge, compassion as well as Service Excellence for this veterinary practice. Outstanding display of care and love for animals and Jackson and I appreciate your attention to detail. Thank you Annie and Dr. McManus!!
