"Went there today to have a watch band repaired on my daughter's watch, one of my personal watches fixed, and one for my wife. He fixed my daughter and mine while I waited for $25. He looked at my wife's which had belonged to her grandmother. Told me it would be $75 to repair it. Didn't try and pressure me into repairing it or anything (it's not worth $75 to repair). I ended up buying a little necklace for my daughter while I was there. Id highly recommend taking in any watches here to have them repaired."

Armando‘s name came up with some standing reviews and ranking. I took this piece in and we discussed replacing the bracelet since it was uniquely broken but with a little convincing, Armando decided he might be able to repair it versus replacing the bracelet. Needless to say he did a five star job. No doubt it is not an every day occurrence for a Rolex quality craftsman to have an opportunity to repair a simple bracelet.
