"Love playing basketball in this park! worth it for weekend getaway"
"Playground is slightly outdated but mulch is fresh and new picnic tables with shade are nice. Sand pit with digger and swings are a hit with the kids. Be aware a lot of people use this park with dogs off leash against signage. There is a pool and tennis courts nearby. 1 dedicated parking spot and 1 handicap parking spot on bridle path, otherwise park along Winstead/MoPac svrd."
"Great little park. Good-sized field, basketball, tennis courts and a kids playground. There’s also bathrooms and water fountains. Bathrooms are a little sketchy-looking and no soap. But it’s fine, it’s just a little shack. Theres a pool but I think it’s been closed since the beginning of covid. Not sure why it’s still closed at this point. Every other pool around is open. There’s also some picnic tables. Parking is kinda scarce. 1 regular spot and one handicapped spot. I guess there’s neighborhood street parking so all good. The field is good but maybe not great for all dogs because it’s not enclosed and is on the edge of a highway off-ramp. Overall, it’s a great little spot for tennis or basketball or a field activity with friends."
"Nice quiet area. Two parking spots (one ADA) in the neighborhood on Sharon."
"A pretty good park. Features a playground and swings, large baseball field that is more commonly used for kite-flying and off-leash dog activities. City seems to have a little trouble keeping it properly maintained, and staffed when the pool is open. Still glad to have it, even including large divots in the field, invasive species clogging the creek and fence lines, five-figure planting projects being forgotten, new facilities falling into neglect, etc."
