They have worked with us to figure out meds to reduce her anxiety (which we pick up the day before), let us bring her in the side door to avoid other people/pets in the waiting room, provide a soft muzzle for us to use during her appointment, and they are sooo incredibly gracious and understanding from start to finish. 10/10 for all the staff!!"
