"Our pool has been complete for almost two years and we’ve had issues with the hot tub ever since. Multiple emails. Multiple calls. It feels like now that we don’t owe them money they don’t care about our experience or delivering a quality pool and spa. I’ll change this review when our spa is fixed once and for all. I really didn’t want to have to post a review to get their attention, but it feels like a last ditch effort to get the spa we deserve and paid for."

"River Hills Construction took on our pool deck, pool tiling project after H and H who were supposed to do the project went silent for 3 months. Marcelino came out the next day after we made contact, had a quote to us in 24 hrs and his crew started 2 days later. Our project was quite extensive to include over 50 yards of fill, construct pool decking 8’ above ground level, install pool tile and extensive coping along with a large rock water feature. Every aspect of the project was explained thoroughly, the workmanship top notch and the crews arrived on time and worked until dark some days to meet the timeline. Marcelino and Christina were always available to answer any questions or provide advice. River Hills we’re very flexible when we needed to make changes and offered great suggestions. At the end they even offered to remove some debris previous sub contractors left behind. To say I was pleased with my experience with River Hills Construction would be an understatement. This company was great to work with, professional, timely and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and contact them if you want a quality project done expeditiously and at a fair price. They were truly a joy to work with."

"We hired this company to do some tile work and concrete work around our pool. The reason, why I would not recommend this business is because of their lack of communication and the failure to provide timely and key updates on our project. The lack of respect for my property was also a concern with unsupervised crews and vandalism was not cool. Lastly the lack of follow through on their corrective action to remedy a concern that we had. Our project is not even a week old and we're seen cracking and other qualities issues in their work. I would not recommend this business to others. I would recommend for folks to do their research and find someone that values customers and provide a better quality product."
