"Completely unresponsive. Though a great designer, they are not available during their warranty period. I have been trying to get my punch list taken care of since Feb... Some of their work does not seem sustainable for the long term. Stone is left unfinished, irrigation needs continuous attention, among many other things. Not good attention to detail for the price. If you use them, I suggest holding 20% until the end of the warranty period to ensure service and a sustained ."
