"Worst service. I went in to get a knife engraved. They wanted to charge me $100 for just a few words. They ended up charging me $50 but today when I went to pick it up the engraving was on the wrong side. You can’t even tell the knife is engraved when open unless you look at the back side. She also said she shouldn’t give it back to me without my ticket. I told her first of all it’s my knife, how is she not going to give it back to me. She recognized me when I got there and I provided her with my information. Second of all she didn’t even care that they didn’t do it right. It wasn’t what I asked for and she said it was the same thing. They only care about making money and do not care about their customers."

"Bought a ring there and he sold it to me as sterling silver. I noticed my finger started turning green so I went and had the ring tested. I was told that the ring wasn’t sterling silver or even sterling silver plated, and that it was just a metal ring. Couldn’t even return it because I was told there is no returns accepted per policy. Also I would like to note that the receipt stated it was sterling silver."

"Scammers. Bought a pair of earrings from them, the guy took them from me to “clean” them and put them in a box. When I checked the box the earrings weren’t in there and the guy said he had forgot to put them in the box after cleaning them. I’m pretty sure they “forget” often considering the receipt said no refunds."

"Horrible customer service. The owner was rude as hell. They are always nice to you when they are trying to sell you stuff but any other time they talk to you like trash. Bought 2 chains and 2 pendants , so yes we dropped a good amount of money there. Brought a chain back to get repaired and had to pay $30 for us to come back 3 different times to tell us its not ready. Can't even give us a straight answer as to when we will be able to pick up our necklace. Defensive when we just want to know where our dam chain is at."
