"Our automatic fire trenches stopped working, we had them installed 4 years ago and had issues from day 1. Jose came over to have a look and suggested we convert them so they light manually. Within a week of Jose coming out they were fixed, and they work even better now than they ever did. Vanessa, their Chief Administrative Officer, communicated with me throughout the whole process whether it be via email, text or telephone, and was always available any time of the day.
