"I can only assume that Mr. Herrera himself was the one to help me, and it was the best experience I've ever had at a jewelry store. He gladly offered his services on a Saturday, validating a ring that I wasn't even purchasing from him. After he told me the value of the ring, I purchased it from the individual and of course I left the ring with Mr. Herrera to size up. I have small fingers but my knuckles are not, so he tried going up just 1/4 of a size so that I wouldn't have issues with the stone causing the ring to spin on my finger. Unfortunately, the 1/4 increase wasn't enough, and I think he must have seen the disappointment of not leaving with the ring in my face, because he said he'd have it ready in 1 hour. And when I told him I had to go to work, he looked at my shirt, which has the name of the restaurant on it, then he did something that was so above and beyond just good customer, he said he'd bring it to me on his way home. I was smiling again, and sure enough, he arrived with the ring, at my work, just as he said he would. That kind of customer service is unheard of these days. Thank you Mr. Herrera, I will send every person I know, and hopefully some I don't know, to you for all things jewelry. You made my day."
