"I had a very poor experience with Outdoor Elements over the summer in 2021. We bought a new home and were partnering with them for landscaping and a small pool. The initial designs were missing the mark on a few basic items and we could never get the design team to make adjustments - as if they were not organized after our feedback. Also, the rep would not be responsive or deliver follow-ups when he promised them. I had to chase him down often. The project management team started out well but after a few weeks, we realized there was no such thing as a timeline or deadlines and the schedule changed constantly. They also left a number of items unfinished and cancelled or would not show for appointments to walk the project - being a massive inconvenience for us and our work schedules. I had to reach out to ownership to finally get someone out to fix issues and am still waiting for closeout packet and warranty information that I keep getting promises that I will receive. The overall work was ok and I thought the team was nice. But very unresponsive, organized and overall, I wish I would have worked with another company and recommend you do the same."

From our project manager to the construction crews, everyone was extremely professional. I really felt that they cared about our project as much as did.
