The lady that helps u sort thru your papers nd add up your finances did a fantastic job... But dat ol hag in dat office he didn't add my EIN to my self employed status. I brought it to his attention and he disregarded . Long stury shawt I ended up owing money for one of the years and breaking even on da otha due to him not putting my dependant on my taxes"

"Had an appointment for 2pm to get my taxes waited in the lobby with my 3 year old for an hour finally got called and it was only for intake then waited another 30 mins to get called my taxes are simple just my w2 and a dependent it took them 1:30 to complete then I still needed to wait for a quality check I got called back about 4:30pm we did not leave until 6:30pm. I have gotten my taxes done at foundation community before usually pleasant valley it has never taken that long."
