"Vanessa is super sweet and helped me get in and out with a perfect gift."
"I trusted James Avery that they would actually put the right pendent in. And no I did not order cowboy boots. I give them 2 stars because when I went the woman who helped me was very kind. I could give 1 star because now I need to go back tomorrow to get the right gift I was going to give. The manager needs to train whoever packaged this and have a system for curbside where they show you what you purchased before putting in the back seat. Overall, this is managements fault and the people who put the necklace in the bag. I should of checked right away when they gave it to me but it’s okay. Train better for the holidays is all I am saying. If they gave me the wrong gift I’m sure another customer got the wrong gift. Update: Darlene helped me with this situation and gave me better explanation to what happen. Thank you for your help and being kind."
"HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went to the store 1 week prior and purchased an item. It had to be left at the store for them to attach the charms. I came back to the store to try to pick up my item that I PAID FOR IN FULL ALREADY Via curbside. They still made me stand in line to wait just to pick up an item and said curbside was for online purchases only. Whether it’s a purchase that was made in store or online that was fully paid for, a customer would still have been able to pickup curbside. They have only 3 people at the register while there’s 3 or 4 people on the floor standing around. Really makes me rethink my future purchases at this location or other James Avery"
"Today, I went to the store where I have been shopping for a couple of years now and left my bracelet that I had bought in the store yesterday so they would put some charms on it and they told me that I could pick it up today after 5pm; so when I got to the store I park in front of the entrance where they have a sign that says please call to pick up your order and they told me that they couldn’t take it outside that it was only for online orders when I told them that it didn’t say that on the outside sign the manager got really rude and told me that I had to come inside. I verified that I had my 3 month old baby and it was raining which she didn’t say anything back and she disconnected the call, so I still got out to get my order and didn’t say anything but the manager came to me very rude saying that they had a sign that says online order only so I took a picture which you will see attached where it doesn’t say Online order only. But the fact is that she didn’t have to talk to me that way and making a point in front of everybody in the store she really needs customer service and management classes and or know what is inside and outside her store before just saying things without knowing. And she didn’t have to talk to me that way making me feel like I didn’t know how to read and dumb."
