"Precision Pools were the most responsive pool company that we engaged with when designing our pool. This is the third pool we have built and Precision Pools has been the most professionally project managed out of the three. They helped with HOA submittal and the whole process has gone smoothly. Edit: We referred a homeowner down the street to Precision Pools and were told we would receive a referral bonus. So far, this has not been given to us by Precision Pools. Why offer referral bonuses and then not give them out? This seems like a very bad business practice. It has been over 2 1/2 months since the other pool was completed. We will not be recommending this company to any other neighbors."

"Precision pool team is very knowledgeable and delivered a great quality swimming pool. We had a few issues with the design as the salesperson (Scott) didn't add a retainer wall on the original design/price, but adding that was still a competitive price compared to the alternatives. All equipment used is Hayward. The installation was perfect; the plumber and electrician were very knowledgeable about the pool. David is the on-site project manager; he does a great job inspecting the pool and answering. Janice is slow to reply to emails or phone calls; the best way to reach her is via text. It took about 14 weeks to water in the pool from the excavation day. (We had about two weeks of weather delay). The Precision Pool includes a basic pressure pool cleaner with the project. I decided to go with a robotic pool cleaner, and they got a good quote for a Hayward one, but I wanted another brand, so they removed that item from my quote. We had some modifications after the design was complete, and David was very diligent in helping us. Although, some of those after the contract modifications were pricey for the job performed."

"They built my pool 1 year ago. Scott did an awesome job at sales. Detail work not the best but for the price it does a good job. The people they did the coping around the pool did a good job however they cannot fix the leak in the water fall. They have been out 2 times and now still having issue. Warranty department was good in beginning but having issues with them returning text and emails back. Pool is about 91 ft with no hot tub"

"***EDITED AND UPDATED*** Well, where to start? Maybe I should start off by saying this is the second pool installed by Precision for our family and we have had two completely different experiences. The first pool held true to the timeline despite Hurricane Harvey. Now, this second pool is far from even remotely being acceptable from a customer service perspective, timeline, and a pure communication perspective. We are very understanding people but expect communication and when we asked Precision for some sort of update and better communication, nothing truly happened and we felt like we were just told lies and more lies to placate and pacify us. The COVID situation has completely changed our world, this we understand, but communication and customer service do not stop. We started this process in June of 2020 and the pool was completed in March 2021. We had set back after setback from the start and what was eve more interesting is that our neighbors were getting pools dug and completed in 2-3 months where ours took 10 months. Again, COVID and weather have played a huge role in this epic debacle. Just for reference, we stared at the huge hole from October 2020 until February 2021, pictures attached. *** updated April 2021*** The pool is now completed, more photos attached (pictures are right after filling and upon initial pump start). Communication, communication, communication, if there is any place for improvement, this is it! From the scheduler, there are little to no updates unless prompted and with a project this long, any bit of information is better than being left in the dark."

"After researching a handful of pool companies, we decided to select Precision Pools. We were impressed with the sales process, cost and pool design. As it pertains to the construction process, we have not been disappointed. The scheduling team, led by Tracy, was excellent and provided frequent updates; Norma, back-office, is diligent and professional; the construction supervisor, David, is always accommodating. My wife and I are very happy with the final product."
